We Create Communities

For more than 25 years, Metropolitan Custom Homes has been creating exceptional homes and shaping remarkable communities throughout Texas. From luxury residences in Houston’s Memorial Villages to the exclusive communities of Round Top Reserve—and as a preferred builder at Big Easy Ranch—every destination reflects our commitment to timeless design, enduring craftsmanship, and an exceptional way of living.

An exclusive collection of luxury homesites just minutes from Round Top Square, Round Top Reserve blends timeless architecture, natural beauty, and small-town charm to create one of Texas’ most sought-after places to call home.

Set among more than 2,000 acres of rolling Texas landscape, Big Easy Ranch offers spacious homesites and an unparalleled opportunity to build a custom home surrounded by resort-style amenities and breathtaking natural beauty.

“

Metropolitan Custom Homes was a delight to work with. They were responsive to our communications, performed high quality work and were always ready to make changes or do what was necessary to get things “right.” We also found their experience invaluable since this was our first time to build a custom home and there were many things that we did not know. One of Metropolitan’s best qualities is their timeliness. They keep the process moving and we never felt like our house was being neglected or that work was not progressing. We also were impressed with the different trade crews that were used to work on the house, the head painter especially was particular that the job was done right. We would definitely build with Metropolitan again.
