Meet The Metropolitan Custom Homes Team

For more than three decades, founder Stuart Beken has built a reputation for creating exceptional homes and helping clients navigate some of Texas’ most distinctive real estate opportunities. His vision extends beyond individual residences to thoughtfully planned communities where quality craftsmanship, timeless design and lasting value come together.

Stuart’s experience encompasses luxury custom homes in Houston’s Memorial Villages, premier developments such as Round Top Reserve, and exclusive partnerships including Big Easy Ranch. Throughout every project, his commitment remains the same: create places that are beautifully designed, expertly built and made to stand the test of time.

That same passion and commitment define the Metropolitan Custom Homes team. We believe a custom home that truly exceeds expectations requires more than great design - it requires experience, hands-on oversight and disciplined, process-driven execution at every stage. Our team brings that level of attention to every home, ensuring that quality, communication and craftsmanship remain at the forefront from start to finish.
