We Create Communities
For more than 30 years, Metropolitan Custom Homes has been creating exceptional homes and shaping remarkable communities throughout Texas. From luxury residences in Houston’s Memorial Villages to the exclusive communities of Round Top Reserve—and as a preferred builder at Big Easy Ranch—every destination reflects our commitment to timeless design, enduring craftsmanship, and an exceptional way of living.
An exclusive collection of luxury homesites just minutes from Round Top Square, Round Top Reserve blends timeless architecture, natural beauty, and small-town charm to create one of Texas’ most sought-after places to call home.
Set among more than 2,000 acres of rolling Texas landscape, Big Easy Ranch offers spacious homesites and an unparalleled opportunity to build a custom home surrounded by resort-style amenities and breathtaking natural beauty.
