Luxury Homes in Houston’s Memorial Villages

We hired Metropolitan Custom Homes/Stuart Beken to build our new, unique home. Our home is built around a 100+ yr old grain silo so it was a bit more complicated than your normal build but Stuart was definitely up to the task. If something popped up that Stuart wasn’t familiar with, he would take the time and do the research, make a call or two, to make sure the issue was handled correctly. Stuart was very involved in the project throughout the almost 2 years and was always available when we had a problem or question. The sub-contractors Stuart had on the project were those that he’s worked with on many other homes which I think is very important. If something wasn’t done quite up to our specifications, there was no problem in getting it corrected quickly. Even though we’ve been in the house since Nov 2014, Stuart is still involved, tying up some loose ends. It’s comforting to know that he’ll stay involved with the project until it is completely complete!

Stuart and his project manager John Ogle (who came into this project towards the end) are both a joy to work with. They know what it takes to get a house built and how to do it! I would recommend Metropolitan Custom Homes for your next project!!
