Metropolitan Custom Homes is a fine company that completed our project on time, with integrity, honesty and excellent communication. This being my first build and very concerned with budgeting, I was very pleased to have the owner and his employees understand and work with me at any point needed. The quality and craftsmanship of the home is excellent, with the ability to pick and choose items within a sufficient budget. Building homes clearly has situations that are inside and outside the control of the builder and his subcontractors. I was very pleased that the subcontractors were for the most part respectful and more importantly detailed in their work. With the one subcontractor that was behind the curve, they were dealt with and we were able to move on quickly. The owner and the employees of Metropolitan Custom Homes were very easy to communicate with and almost always available 7 days a week for questions.

There is a bit of blind faith that a homeowner must put into his/her builder and I have to say that I am very pleased that Metropolitan Custom Homes has not cut corners or promise items that did not come to fruition. I give them 5 stars because of the quality, integrity, honesty, and excellent communication.
